About the Space
Big 3 Wall Cyc in Spacious Photo/Video Studio. Cyc comes freshly painted and pre-lit for quick start or you can light to your specs. We take pride in assisting our clients at every level and make sure that all shoots run efficiently. Available for photo, film, TV and music video production shoots. Can be delivered in white or chromo green. Additional seamless paper rolls are available on wall for more shoot options (inquire in advance). COVID 19 Update: We are open and accepting bookings. We are taking extra precautions to keep our clients and team safe. We are thoroughly cleaning the space before each booking, including wiping down all high touch surfaces with lysol, disinfecting the floor, and keeping AC running to cycle air during and between bookings. During this first phase of opening we are limiting production to 6 people and asking clients and team members to follow CDC guidelines for their shoots and to wear a mask whenever possible. The Cyc comes pre-lit with the following: 5x READY COOL 4 Fluorescent Lamp fixtures 1 x READY COOL 2 Fluorescent Lamp fixtures In total the Cyc is lit with 22 fluorescent lights of 50 Watts each. CYCLORAMA: 3 WALL, 2 CORNER, 18’W X 16’D X 12 ’H STUDIO SIZE: 650 square feet. Daily Rate : $810 (9 hours w/ 5% discount) Hourly Rate: $95 (min 3 hours) Freight Elevator & Loading Dock** (**freight elevator availability needs to be booked in advance) Operation Hours : Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm Weekends 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm ***The elevator is available during Weekends upon request and after 4pm an extra fee of $150 will be charged. Please note that you must be completely loaded out by the end of your scheduled session time. Please book enough time considering your load-in & out! Price after 11pm is $150 per hour. SPACE CAPACITY: 12 people. ***If you are bringing more than 10 people, a $100 dollar cleaning fee will be charged. A $200 fee will be charged if you use glitter. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The communication is stellar and immediate and the space is perfectly equipped, providing a warm atmosphere for artistic creation. I cannot recommend the space highly enough!

Great experience and lovely space - this worked perfectly for our shoot. You should know the freight closes at 4pm - I know it's on the listing. It was still a wonderful space but contact the building in advance in case of extended hours on the freight -- as we weren't able to contact them on the day as our shoot was last minute.
