About the Space
The Luxe Galore boasts 4 beautiful rooms within an apartment space located in the vibrant area of Washington Heights. Our production studio is ideal for Photoshoots & Video Production. The space is very bright, open, spacious and warm. It has a lot of natural light. The high ceilings and wooden floors create a picturesque and antique feel. The space comes with 5 different sections to shoot in plus a kitchen and private bathroom. A SMOKING FEE of $99 applies if you need to smoke for the shots. You can purchase this as an add-on once you submit a booking request. Location is conveniently located one block away from the 1 train. PLEASE NOTE that if you are looking to drive and park here, it is best to arrive 15-20 minutes prior as there is street parking on the block. There is also a parking lot on 184th and Broadway. All furniture is included and there is one soft box available for an additional $15. This space has a 5th floor walk up.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

It was a good space for our purposes. The only reason i wouldn't book again is bc its on a 5th floor walkup and our shoots require a lot of equipment/props/wardrobe so carrying it all up and down the stairs was a challenge. Great space though!

The space is absolutely amazing !! The rooms were perfect for our shoot I can’t wait to see the final results!! We needed more time and it was no issue at all a smooth transition I would definitely use them again .Karen was so helpful and informative experience was even better then we could have ever imagined
