About Gray Sky Gallery
This bright, spacious three tiered contemporary art gallery is located on the ground level of the Quilt Building (est.1905) in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square neighborhood. Your rental would include 2,500 square feet of open space, with beautiful artwork on the wall, high ceilings and large windows facing 1st Ave S. The space features two bathrooms, as well as a private back room with a kitchen. Ideal for parties, yoga retreats, pop up sales, book signings, photoshoots, private dinners, intimate artist performances, receptions, cocktail gatherings and other endless possibilities. Easy to load street-level entrance. Unfortunately this space can NOT be used for an art show unless you bring in racks/walls or display the artwork on easels. The artworks hanging on the walls can not be removed for events. If you would like to serve alcoholic drinks, please refer to https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit to obtain your banquet permit. The following is included with your rental: 4 white chairs 3 6ft white tables (these will require tablecloths) 1 reception table 1 built in bench seating 4 podiums/cocktail tables 4 white benches Please feel free to bring your own food or have it catered by nearby restaurants. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Laura, the owner, is super fun and easy to work with. We had our wedding reception at this amazing space. The three levels and art make this super unique. Our 70 guests were comfortable and loved the space - some of them bought art work! The catering co enjoyed working with Laura too, and her kitchen area in the back was super helpful. We highly recommend!

OMG Amazing! Gray Sky Gallery was the perfect location and setting for my party. It easily fit 60+ people for food, drinks, dancing. It could hold even more I am sure. Laura was so helpful, very responsive, and generous with her time and space. In addition, her artwork and the work of the other artists was beautfil and amazing! I highly recommend the Gray Sky Gallery!!
