This bright, spacious three tiered contemporary art gallery is located on the ground level of the Quilt Building (est.1905) in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square neighborhood. Your rental would include 2,500 square feet of open space, with beautiful artwork on the wall, high ceilings and large windows facing 1st Ave S. The space features two bathrooms, as well as a private back room with a kitchen. Ideal for parties, yoga retreats, pop up sales, book signings, photoshoots, private dinners, intimate artist performances, receptions, cocktail gatherings and other endless possibilities. Easy to load street-level entrance. Unfortunately this space can NOT be used for an art show unless you bring in racks/walls or display the artwork on easels. The artworks hanging on the walls can not be removed for events.
