Just off the 405 and 105 freeways and minutes from LAX, our easily accessible offsite space is private and feels like you're tucked away in a resort. A large and open space with a full kitchen and cozy lounge seating, plus billiards table and shuffleboard to add some fun! Our space is versatile and can accommodate any of these types of professional activities: meetings, offsites, brainstorming sessions, photoshoots, filimshoots, and team events. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Two round tables seating 6 total - Lounge seating for up to 10 (sofa, loveseat + two lounge chairs) - Barstool seating up to 6 - 65' inch TV - Cable + WiFi - Billiards + shuffleboard tables - Full kitchen with all appliances (gas range) - Access to the outdoor poolside seating FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
