About the Space
Classic Manhattan Loft with original hard wood floors, high ceilings, and open north light available for photo and video shoots. The floor plan spreads over 4,200sf . The two distinct shooting spaces comfortably accommodate simultaneous video/still productions or separate staging/shooting areas. The loft features an open conference/dining area, two client seating spaces, exposed brick, full service kitchen, and a large freight elevator (65"x 94"open top) that opens into the space. The studio is fully equipped with a substantial selection of grip and lighting equipment available on site. Basic grip package is included with daily rental. Lights, grip, expendables, stylist add-ons, and full service production crew packages also avaialble. Your personal equipment can be brought in if preferred. Just let us know what you need and we’ll take care of the rest. We are centrally located in the NoMad district off of Park Avenue South and a short block walk from Madison Square Park. The flower district and several prop houses are close by. There is parking on East 24th Street and the N, R, 4, 5 and 6 subway lines and multiple Citi Bike docking stations are nearby. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Beautiful space! We had a very seamless filming experience here. The environment was comfortable and clean, with a lot of extra perks like a large roster of grip equipment and enough space to have holding and seating areas. Communication with the host was easy and quick, and the studio manager Jordan was a delight to work with! Highly recommended.
