There are a very limited amount of parking spaces just outside the club room. We highly encourage car pooling or using ride sharing services. There is a small strip mall about 0.2 miles away that has parking as well. Follow all posted signage to ensure you are in compliance with their regulations.

Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Access to the pool or fitness center is not included in the booking. You are welcome to serve beer and wine in the space without bar tender services. If you would like to serve hard alcohol you will be required to hire a licensed bar tender. Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
