Enter the lighted front COURTYARD and into a large living room, LOUNGE with wraparound velvet bench, dining room and huge gourmet kitchen with A six-burner BERTAZZONI range, ice cream "counter", and JURA expresso machine. Walk up the glass mosaic tiled stairway to the TEA ROOM overlooking the sparkling pool, perfect for yoga, meditation or additional flexible space to use as you wish. Gorgeous backyard boasts an oversized CHESS BOARD patio, and PRIVATE CABANA poolside. There is a STUDIO on property also available as an add-on to your event, or as an overnight getaway.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
