All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This modern GLAM home has many unique "moment spaces" inside and outside the home. The venue is perfect for photo and film shoots, themed dinner parties, intimate weddings and more! Classic Black and White décor is accented with vibrant jewel tones. Enter the lighted front COURTYARD and into a large living room, LOUNGE with wraparound velvet bench, dining room and huge gourmet kitchen with A six-burner BERTAZZONI range, ice cream "counter", and JURA expresso machine. Walk up the glass mosaic tiled stairway to the TEA ROOM overlooking the sparkling pool, perfect for yoga, meditation or additional flexible space to use as you wish. Gorgeous backyard boasts an oversized CHESS BOARD patio, and PRIVATE CABANA poolside. There is a STUDIO on property also available as an add-on to your event, or as an overnight getaway.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
My photo and fashion event group, Events by Hazel, held an 8-hour photoshoot at the Harmony House, and we could not be happier about that choice. Every room is curated to absolute perfection, including the luxurious outdoor spaces. Gina, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and made our event a breeze to host. I would highly recommend this venue for any event needing the extra pizzazz and “wow” factor.
