All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Beautiful natural light studio located in the historic Spiegel headquarters building in Bridgeport. 2,330 sqft space with 13 ft ceilings and beautiful south facing windows. Perfect for photoshoots, video production, conferencing and more. Open layout for you to utilize the space for your needs. 2 hour minimum Weekdays 110/h, weekends 125/h We have studio paper to use for an extra fee. We can't guarantee the colors of paper as that changes daily. We DO NOT provide lighting equipment. Next door to Antique Taco, close to the red line and I-90 expressway. Internet provided, 50Mb/s symmetrical via SilverIP.

General Rules
Please be aware that the booking time includes setup and teardown time.
We ask that you be upfront about why you're booking the space so we can help accommodate your rental. If you're booking for a photoshoot, video production etc, we want you to have the best experience. If you're looking to use the space for film or TV production, please let us know so we can discuss details, pricing & availability.
OVERTIME - If you exceed the indicated booking time, you will be charged the same rate for extra time.
PARKING - There is a parking lot attached to the building. It's first come first serve, but there's plenty of street parking as well.
LOAD IN/OUT - There is a ramp to a garage and a loading dock for trucks for you to use. There are 2 padded elevators as well.
DAMAGE - Anyone booking the space is responsible for any damage to our equipment or studio space.
OTHER RULES
No smoking allowed on the premises.
No weapons are permitted on the premises.
No misconduct, including causing a nuisance to other clients, mistreatment of South Facing Windows staff, illegal activity, destruction/vandalism of South Facing Windows & Bluestar equipment or facilities.
Food and drink must be limited to areas with hard floors/concrete and away from sets/props/equipment and carpet.
Music/voices are to be kept to reasonable levels.
No pets are allowed inside the premises.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Room is large bright and as described with free parking! There was Bluetooth sound to connect to, bottled water and products for sanitizing provided for free! Host was quick to respond and accommodating. Great experience, definitely a great space and great host would happily book again!
