About the Space
Luxe Architect-Designed Loft Living Space / Artists' Personal Creative/Film/Photo Studio in Manhattan's Fashion District. Perfect flexible multi-use minimalist space for film/photo/VIP off-site business meetings & classes, etc. 3300sf open plan loft with almost 11"ceilings. A fully equipped film-ready gourmet kitchen with a striking one-of-a-kind internally illuminated one piece14.5 foot long stainless steel countertop/sink unit. Dramatic built-in lighting (in-floor uplights / in-wall and under cabinet accent lighting) as well as stunning white terrazzo floors throughout the entire loft (including the all glass-walled bathrooms/shower/steamrooms!) Designer furniture throughout. Huge Luxurious Italian leather couch as a central focal point of the seating area, facing the 85" UHD home theatre display & 5.2.1 built in audiophile sound system. Le Courbousier Leather Chairs and Cowhide Recliner and Custom Granite Coffee Tables. Makes for the quintessential intimate screening/workspace. Work, dine or film at our custom 7.5 foot long white glass multi-use table (seats 8-10) with Philippe Starck Ghost Chairs (both clear or white). Use of the private glassed-in conference room / sound / recording studio space is included. Great for hair/makeup, smaller sidebar meetings, filming/2nd set, etc. Fios/Ultra-High-speed Internet / WiFi throughout. AppleTV, Zoom, Spotify-streaming enabled. Photo studio is fully equipped with backdrops/seamless, Profoto lighting gear, tripods, c-stands, roller-stands, 27" iMac tethered tech station and tons of grip, etc. The Studio space is quite / completely insulated from the noise on 7th avenue and perfect for filming VIP/Celebrity interviews, smaller editorial and fashion shoots or headshots as well as classes in a space that feels more like a home than an industrial photo studio. Perfect for VIPs that require easy access, discretion and luxury finishes / professional environments. Showers available (floor to ceiling glass - great for filming too!) Commercial LaSpaziale espresso machine. 3 Additional bedrooms as well as the all glass master bath & shower with giant soaking tub (and invisible stereo speakers) may be available - please ask. Space is not available for parties, cocktails, etc. Talent only children and and only if continuously supervised. No pets. 4 hour minimum.

Great experience booking this space from Brian for our team's offsite. We would definitely consider booking this space again if we are ever in NY. There is a lot of space and technically you can fit around 10 people comfortably but we only had 5 people in total so we had a lot of room to move around.
