The space was a perfect size for our event, for the most part everything was as noted in the event's description. Just a couple things I think could be more clear: 1. Kitchen usage could be improved - when we checked the kitchen on our visit we had asked to use the fridge and freezer, at the day of the event, both had previous (old) food and some drinks and wasn't cleaned out for the day of our event. The stove was unusable. Fortunately, we didn't have a lot of items to put in there, but I'd recommend if the space says comes with 'kitchen' then obviously the expectation is it's fully usable. 2. We paid a cleaning fee and left the space the same as we entered it. However, it wasn't till the day before we were told we could have 1) bag for trash and 1) bag for recycle. Anything else we had to take with us. I thought quite frankly that's something to tell someone in the listing - especially if we noted we were booking for a party (which we did). And the cleaning fee was higher than most venues of this listing type, so I'm not sure what that's used for if we left the place the same as when we entered. But we did have more bags of trash (2-3) than what we were told. To recap, I would say overall the place met our expectations and we thank the Owner very much for giving us the opportunity to do our event there.
