About the Space

A 1920's industrial storefront space conveniently located in Echo Park. Enter from the street front into an open space with concrete floors and white walls. Upstairs office/lounge area with large skylight. Amenities such as restroom, kitchen, and driveway for loading. Lots of foot traffic situated between retail and residential area of the neighborhood.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

What an adorable space! Jerry was awesome. Responded promptly and super friendly. This is really a flexible space, you can do so much with it. Highly recommend for a variety of events.

I used this space to have a Friendsgiving potluck dinner and the space could not have been more perfect. Jerry was great about answering all of my questions to help ensure my party went off without a hitch. All my guests were extremely happy with the place. Thank you Jerry!
