Beautiful and newly renovated space just a block off Beverly Hills with beautiful and green outdoor patio that comfortably seats 10 (if you bring your own tables or we bring inside tables outside we could fit 30 people outside in a row!). Please keep in mind, the total size of the space is approx. 2400sqft, but the kitchen space accounts for approximately 1000sqft which gives you about 1400sqft to dance, hold meetings or have a lovely dinner. The space is a café with comfortable brown leather seats, tiled flooring and typical office lights above (which can give off harsh lighting). However! We are happy to help you transform this space into anything you dream of - just ask us and we'll do our best to accommodate you in any way possible. Like bringing softer lighting for a dinner. Our cashier counter can easily be turned into a bar or a serving station of any kind! A beautiful wooden and rustic look for your event. Inside seating with our tables and chairs seats 30-35 people depending on table and seating choice. If you bring your own tables you could fit approximately 60 people depending on your table and seating choice. Standing room only the space can fit approx. 100 people and still have some room. Great for a dance floor, a bar set up or a performance. During the week this is a fully operational café so we have a hooded kitchen with commercial equipment for cooking and cleaning. Unfortunately, our kitchen can only be used by those who are certified in food handling due to Public Health concerns, but we are more than happy to provide catering with trained staff upon request and wait staff to help you service your event. We have fixed speakers that we use for the café which can be controlled with any smartphone, but not professional performance speakers.
