About the Space

This beautifully designed historic club room lounge in the heart of Mount Vernon Triangle is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling or formal seating. The Shuffle board table is an added bonus in this versatile room. This space is conveniently located to several bus stops and within walking distance to Gallery Place/Chinatown and Judiciary Square metro stations. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Dining/Meeting table seating up to 6 - Lounge seating for up to 10 - Two 65' inch TVs - Apple TV - WiFi - Music capability with pre-set stations. FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team (concierge@peerspace.com). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was perfect for my event! I loved the spaciousness, the decor, the furniture, everything! Easily accessible and for the time of day we were there, the parking was good as well. It was a great experience.

The space and concierge were great and everything went smoothly once the shoot began. I had many issues using Peerspace and the customer service was very poor though that has no reflection on the great work the staff did to help.
