About the Space

An impeccably designed space that can host a variety of private event configurations. From photo shoots to corporate retreats to business trainings, this modular space features spectacular light fixtures, casement windows, and a warm, industrial vibe to inspire you and your guests. Use as designed or rent furniture to fit your exact needs. The Atrium space has wood floors, projector, natural light, sound system, and complete privacy from the rest of the space for events during the work week. Our space is located 35 minutes north of NYC, right off of Metro North, within a light-filled, converted factory along the Hudson River.

The Event Space will be provided to Renter in broom clean condition prior to the Event. Within one (1) hour following the Event, Renter must remove all equipment and return the space to the same broom clean condition in which it was found. If the space is not returned to broom-clean condition, you will be sent a bill with a cleaning fee appropriate for the size of the Event Space. All emergency exits and hallways must be left clear. Renter may use ovens, sinks and refrigerator. HudCo is not responsible for food left or damaged by any cause. No decorations may be attached to walls or window frames. No tape, tacks, or staples are permitted. Candles must be globed with hurricanes or votives. No open flames are allowed. The service elevator must be reserved 48 hours in advance. Please speak with Event Management to make arrangements with the building. HudCo will review opening and closing, set-up and tear-down, delivery times, and space logistics with up to 2 key personnel involved in the Renter’s event coordination and production at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Final number of attendees must be communicated to HudCo in writing no later than 3 business days prior to the date of the Event. Should Renter choose to retain the services of any third party vendors in connection with the Event, such vendors must be approved by HudCo. Renter shall be solely responsible for the costs of such vendors, and such vendors must provide a certificate of insurance as required by HudCo. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Renter shall retain, at its sole cost and expense, the services of the cleaning company designated by HudCo. Renter acknowledges that the Premises are located near residential units and therefore agrees to control the noise level at the event such that it does not disturb neighboring occupants. All displays, exhibits, and decorations must conform to all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to, any state or local building codes and fire ordinances. Signage should be free standing without attachment to walls, ceilings, or floors. HudCo is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen equipment or objects left on the Premises. HudCo representatives shall have the right to enter and exit the Premises at any time during the Event and Event set-up. HudCo is not responsible if, through fire, flood, weather, or any other emergency conditions, it is unable to fulfill the Agreement for the scheduled date. If the Event is cancelled as a result of the above, the Deposit shall not be refunded and the Event Date will be rescheduled to a date that is agreed upon by Renter and HudCo.
