Versatile enough to host groups up to 25 people. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, brainstorming sessions, presentations, photo-shoots, film-shoots, and team events. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Dining/Meeting space with a large Hightop table and barstool seating for 16. - Refrigerator with ice maker. - Microwave and sink. - Additional couch seating and coffee tables. - One 70' inch TV. - WiFi FOOD & BEVERAGE Outside catering is permitted with prior approval from the Host. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Common areas are cleaned and disinfected daily. Cleaners are available during all booking hours should there be an emergency that needs attention before, during, or after your booking. The cleaners maintain a checklist that is collected daily and audited by a third party company on a regular basis.
