About the Space
This space is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Crystal City Metro, shops, and dining. Our Trendy and Spacious Club Suite is most popular for weekday and weekend bookings. With private booths and modern vibes, this space offers private booths, table seating to hold 10 at a smaller table to hold 5. This space can be used for many different events including but not limited to team meetings, study groups, events, and more! INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Meeting table seating up to 15 (this does not include sofa, chair, or booth seating) - Living area offering two club chairs and sofa. Total seating for up to 4 - WiFi FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team (concierge@peerspace.com). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. The event space was perfect! We had about 39 guests for my son’s birthday party. Plenty of counter space for food set up, tables for guests and space to spread out. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

This is a great place to host a baby shower or any get together. The space is big and can hold a lot of people without feeling crowded. There’s a lot of different seating areas (couches & chairs) and multiple tables plus a little kitchen area with a fridge and sink. The bathrooms are big and very clean. There are 2 tv areas along with a pool table and a shuffle board table. The concierge was very nice and helpful. I asked them to direct people who asked about the location of the shower. They offered to get us a moving cart when we were carrying a lot of stuff in to set up. I would definitely rent the space again for anything like a grownup birthday party or an office party. I had at least 50 people and nobody had any trouble finding parking. Thank you for providing a great space!!

I hosted my sister's bridal shower at this space and it was Beautiful! It was perfect for our needs, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff was extremely helpful.
