Guests that intend to have alcohol at their event are responsible for any insurance that may be required and they must provide for the transportation and safety of any and all persons using the property during their rental period. No smoking. No loud music after 10pm. Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our Estate is perfect for Private Gatherings such as Winemaker's Dinner, Cooking Class, Intimate Wedding or Pre-Wedding Reception for Out of Town Guests, Yoga Retreat or Corporate Think Tank, 900 SQ FT Outdoor Kitchen with Pizza Oven. Backyard can seat 20 for a sit-down dinner. 20 Guests is the limit. Estate includes Bocce Ball and Badminton Courts, Vineyard with Picnic Tables, Cabana, Park Area, Meditation Area. Indoor Pool is also available for certain events at an additional cost. Located 1 mile off 101 and a 10 minute drive to Vineyards and Downtown Paso Robles. 20 minute drive to the ocean.
