All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Cost friendly Desert Space with beautiful view in Fairmount Butt. the desert motion picture location, extraordinary background scenery with mountain use as is or build your own set. Located only 64-miles from Hollywood, the short 10 minutes drive to the Poppy Reserve, California State Park. The area will provide you with a beautiful 52-acre affordable movie ranch. This space is designed for those indie filmmakers that always are tied with the high production's budget. Now, you can get the most out of a shoot day in this beautiful setting which is ideal for the following themes: Country / Western Italian/Mediterranean Old Historic War Zone Desert The desert location allows crews to shoot long hours without concerns about disturbing neighbors. Your production crew can build sets as needed, or use the untouched terrain for your shoot. We welcome you to our place and look forward to seeing what you will create to realize your vision and make your shoot become reality.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. No, I would not book again.
Great looking area, however, prepare for motor sport enthusiasts to drive all over the background of your shots and sandblast your crew and equipment. Additionally, most of the actual property is comprised of a massive hill. which for obvious reasons would be hard to work with. There is a very long and pretty rough dirt road into the location. We planned ahead but trucks would have an incredibly difficult time. Finally, the biggest cleaning fee I've ever seen on peerspace was tacked on upon booking.... for an outdoor space.... covered in thousands of shotgun shells. 3/5 good looking spot if you can manage it and aren't picky. Host was very responsive.
