Our Lounge room offers open, modern concept with a variety of entertainment from Shuffleboard, Billiards and a Media room with a 75" TV. Built in pocket doors that provide additional privacy within the space with views of a lush Courtyard. Our space is ideal for various events from team retreats, company parties and more! INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Dining/Meeting table seating up to 10 - Lounge seating for 4 with regular sized armchairs - Three bar height tables with barstools seating 2 each - Lounge seating for up to 8 (two 80" face to face sofas) - Six swivel chairs in the theater room - Two 75' inch TVs, - WiFi - Access to the outdoor courtyard FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
