Designed with an open-concept layout, the space features multiple entertainment options including shuffleboard, billiards, and a media room with a 75” TV. Built-in pocket doors allow the space to be divided for added privacy while still offering views of a lush interior courtyard. Whether you’re hosting a team retreat, company party, or social gathering, this versatile lounge easily adapts to your needs. Included in your booking: Dining/meeting table seating for up to 10 Lounge seating for 4 with armchairs Three bar-height tables with seating for 2 each Additional lounge seating for up to 8 (two 80” facing sofas) Six swivel chairs in the theater room Two 75” TVs WiFi Access to the outdoor courtyard Food & Beverage All catering must be coordinated through the Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected] ). Guests are responsible for removing all trash after their event. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
