Give your space a title: Modern rooftop lounge with Kitchen Right in the middle of the West Seattle Junction. Our rooftop lounge has expansive views of The Olympic mountains, PNW Islands, and The Puget sound. Our space is ideal for teams looking to retreat for the day into a contemporary and modern oasis. Versatile enough to host groups up to 22 people. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, offsites, interviews, brainstorming sessions, presentations, photoshoots, filimshoots, and team events. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Dining/Meeting table seating up to 10 - 1 round table with casual 4 chair seating - 2 Lounge seating areas for up to 5 -Full kitchen with gas stove -Restroom - Two TVs, - WiFi FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. You can contact them at [email protected] Beautiful indoor rooftop lounge at the top of the heart of The Junction. This custom modern interior space offers a 10 person dining table. Two tv seating areas, and a 4 person seating area. With a tri-style space, this is great for meetings. *This space is semi private. Next to the space is an outdoor rooftop patio that is not available for rent, and bookings will not be permitted in this area. This space can accommodate approximately 22 people comfortable with seating.
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This space was incredible. We enjoyed a team building day over lunch, lecture, and activities using all of the unique spaces inside, and out. The patio was comfortable and offered a gorgeous view of the ferries passing through the sound. Our host Madeline was accommodating, friendly, and made our experience seamless. Thank you Junction 47- we would love to return next time we have the chance!
