About the Space
Safe Sets International COVID-19 CERTIFICATE Level A Please know that we are taking EXTRA sanitary precautions at the loft to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy your booking with us. We use all CDC approved cleaning agents before and after every booking, and spray, wipe all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, etc. The home is also professionally cleaned. Masks, gloves, Clorox wipes and sanitizer is provided. 13x13 popup tent available for outdoors for social distancing. There are two separate outdoor spaces. -3 BEDROOMS (ONE EMPTY FOR HMU OR WHATEVER YOU NEED) -4 BATHROOMS -CHEFS OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN -FULL LAUNDRY ROOM -STAND ALONE BAR WITH SINK -FULL PROP CLOSET -CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY -WHITE CYC -ROLLING RACK AND STEAMER Located on the West side of LA right off the 90 and 405. The home completely updated and impeccably furnished. With two spacious living rooms with a dual fire place, dining room, a standalone bar and open chef’s kitchen all within an open floor plan. Large zen-inspired master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding door opening to the backyard. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and gorgeous natural light. The third bedroom is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up/wardrobe, and storing equipment, and includes a rolling rack, seamless and a commercial steamer. It can also be converted any room as it is empty. There is also a fully staged office complete with a pink sofa The master bathroom has a soaking tub, double sinks and glass walk in shower. The two guest bathrooms both have showers. The powder room has the original marble countertops 10,000 square-foot lot is landscaped with an enormous pine tree in the front The garage is a "PROP CLOSET" additional staging options, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, décor and furniture at no additional cost. The home is production friendly with many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. All the artwork has been made by the me, so ALL OF THE ARTWORK IS CLEARED. I am a Producer, I understand the rigors of production, and have designed the home with that in mind - by providing what you need to make your shoot as easy as possible. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

WONDERFUL location and host! The experience shooting here was absolutely fantastic!! Leading up to the shoot, our host, Erika was incredibly helpful and communicative. She was prompt with her responses and answered every question my team and I had. That said, the majority of questions you would typically need to ask a host were negated by the thoroughness of the location details Erika provides. Floor plan, parking map, power information, you name it… she’s got it covered! (Truly.. a producer's dream). On the day of production, Erika was super welcoming and accommodating. She gave us a tour of the home and explained that all furniture/art/etc. was usable/movable. All the artwork in the home is cleared, as she made all of it herself! The home is beautiful... great lighting throughout the entire 12 hour day of shooting. The styling of the rooms and the flexibility of the spaces were all fantastic. You could tell a great deal of thought and care went into their presentation. Being able to utilize so many pieces of furniture, props, etc in the rooms made it very customizable to our needs. I’ve been to many Peerspace home locations, and this is the first in my experience that provided this level of amenities for production. From equipment and supplies, to an entire prop room of items, free to use! Had we forgotten anything, we would have been covered many times over. I would 100% book again for future productions and highly recommend this beautiful space! Thank you again for hosting us, Erika!
