All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Free parking in 18th St. Arts Center parking lot and along 18th St. Metered parking on Olympic before 6pm, free after 6pm.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
No useable natural light.
Natural light can be blocked out in the space and in the gallery.
The lighting is standard theater/performance lighting using source-fours, fresnels, par64's along with various practicals and fluorescents.

Equipment loading description
The space is predominantly a single floor, aside from the tech booth, which wouldn't need to be used by most groups. There is a make-shift loading zone and a garage door for large items, but vehicles would have to move after unloading. Does not require a ramp. There are 2 steps leading from the backstage area to the main space and our custom ramp can be placed down. There is a parking lot in the back for cast/crew/trucks.
Staging area is available
There is a backstage area for crew as well as a well lit makeup room just off stage. On the other side of the space is an area that can be fashioned into an additional costume/prop section.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Tech booth can be accessed only with supervision of space's technical director.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
Circuit breakers are handled by the on-site technical director. There are 3 breakers: large bathroom, spotlight booth and one for the stage lighting dimmers. Too many outlets to count and they're all over the place. There is a considerable amount of power. The dimmers are capable of 300amps and about 3000watts each, and approximately 5 of those can be converted to Edison. More upon request.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Where do I even start? Leo Garcia was one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with through Peerspace. Not only was he extremely responsive, but he always had suggestions and advice. I hosted a short film screening last weekend and the event couldn’t have ran any smoother. Everyone from the technician, Darren, to the bar tenders were beyond helpful, friendly and extremely helpful. Leo’s main concern was us. He did everything possible to make sure that the event was what we wanted and made sure that everything ran smoothly. All his efforts worked out beautifully. The space is spacious. The screen was beautiful. The staff was professional and Leo was remarkable. Definitely one of a kind. I will absolutely, most certainly be using this space again. I 100% recommend this space. Thank you so much for such a memorable night.

I can’t say enough about the space and Leo and his team. I wanted an intimate setting for my cd release, and I found it. We were able to coordinate on everything from concessions to getting the sound engineer and videographer there. There was a lovely green room and reception area. The attendees were very impressed. Thanks to Leo and his staff, it was a successful event. I will do it again.
