About the Space
Mad Muse Studios is a 4,000 sq. ft acoustically treated commercial recording and filming facility, with an open layout and a killer vibe. Our Los Angeles Fashion District location is rented to only one client at a time for your privacy and safety. The freestanding industrial space is located at ground level. Within the main production space, the ceiling varies between twelve and fifteen feet in height. Available at an additional charge: - In-house production - Use of our in house recording studio - In house audio engineer - Yamaha C7 - Production office with a private bathroom. - Catering Parking consists of six spaces on-site, free street parking, and an affordable paid lot ($4/day).

Our space is cleaned twice, daily (opening & closing) and between each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
