A historic Japanese-Swiss Craftsman built in 1910 2 blocks from the beach. Beautiful coffered ceilings. Great location for a film/tv shoot or any social media productions. Big open house which can be used for filming or photoshoot purposes. 2 Story home with a detached garage. There is a front yard, side yard, and backyard space. Trucks over 20ft must get a permit. Recommended you use smaller cube trucks. There is a $250 cleaning fee.

High traffic areas are fully sanitized. We ask that if you decide to clean while you work, that only Lysol disinfecting spray be used and allowed to dry completely before wiping. All other sprays and chemicals may be harmful to the furnishings, paint, and overall house.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
