Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The gallery is absolutely beautiful and James was very helpful. He was great about communicating, and being flexible with us leading up to the event and at the event. The only issue was the stairs - 4 flights which is just a bit challenging if you’re carrying supplies in or if you have guests who may struggle with many steps. But for us, the space was worth the effort! I might recommend having some strong helpers to move supplies in and out (ex- catering or alcohol etc).

Mr. James Oliver and the rest of the JOG team were very communicative and considerate from the booking process all the way through our intimate concert experience. The space was very clean and came equipped with stylish furniture. They were very generous with the basic amenities we needed to host a memorable event.
