All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space is a visual production studio for your photography and video needs. You have the option to use our pre-lit chroma key green cyc wall which is 12ft high and covers 196 sq ft with an optional sunroof for natural lighting or our two 9ft wide backdrops (Black/White) A separate dressing area with large vanity mirror, restroom, ac/heat and WI-fi. From pre-production to post-production our 1000 sq ft facility 500sq ft studio and staff allows you to produce a wide range of visuals. Perfect for filming/video production, music videos, interviews, commercials, television shows, live streaming/broadcasting, video presentations, rehearsals, auditions, photo-shoots,casting calls and much more. Located in downtown Inglewood near the Lax, easily accessible from the 405/105, our private studio is the perfect escape to work in peace.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Great space! Would definitely rent again. Just wish the host would've worn a mask. So many green screen options in addition to the screen, which was great!

Akil replys promptly to messages. We did a in person viewing of space, & found it an excellent choice. the best feature in space is back lighting is already there. we only needed to light up the subject for outstanding results. would recommend.
