About the Space
A traditional tudor house, with over 4000 square feet of space that includes four bedrooms, large open kitchen that opens to a back deck, dinning room, living room (with paneled wood walls), home office, and a basement that includes a home gym and play room. The house is well kept and in great condition, ready for production now! I am a video producer and know the ins and outs of your production needs -- let's chat so I can tell you more about the location!

Parking description
The driveway can hold about 4-5 cars or a large truck and a couple of cars. There is free street parking both on and around the home.
General Rules
No adult filming
No smoking
No parties with alcohol
No electricity usage (crew size depending)
COI required
All necessary permits required (through city, etc.)
All rentals include setup and teardown time
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Garbage must be removed by crew (crew size depending)
All ages are allowed in the space

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
If you have any specific requests priror to booking our properties for your video production, please let me know and we will do out best to accommodate!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
