Perfect for lifestyle photography shoots - many locations in one! - beautiful pool - open living room with great marble fireplace - “Palm Springs” den with great lighting and pool view - bright, natural lighting - bright bedroom - mcm kitchen - true to period decorating - adorable pink bathroom (small but cute) - baby nursery - full finished garage - central AC - hmu room available, production room available (pending shoot locations) Very easy to get to location in the valley with ample (free) street parking Room for clients away from photo locations Indoor and outdoor locations (back of house only!) Depending on shoot needs, room for 20-25 total people (crew, cast, client). NO MORE THAN 30 PEOPLE at any given time. Included seating accommodation of approx 15 Catering arrangement available upon request (additional fee) Crew and Equipment available upon request (additional fee) Art department and certain furniture/props available upon request (negotiable if already part of the house, additional if sourcing required.) PLEASE NOTE: description of shoot content required for booking. Photography shoots welcome, but only small video shoots with small crew and minimal lighting/grip equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
