About the Space

Invite the team to our meeting room space! Our space is great for team and client meetings, workshops, presentations, interviews, conference calls, etc! Getting to our space is easy with its close proximity to Routes 1 and 50. There is street parking directly in front, pay per hour lots in close proximity, and dedicated parking spots for hosts. **Please note: Weekend bookings are billed at our standard booking rate of $125.00/hour and require a 4 hour minimum* Amenities: • White erase board • Keurig coffee maker & Coffee blends • Microwave • Mini fridge • Window view with natural light • Up to 20-person seating • Projectable 70″ Smart LED TV • HDMI port • Unisex bathroom • [6] 6ft rectangular tables • 20 folding chairs *Our Loft is not ADA accessible due to our second floor location*

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Tamara was always prompt and responsive making my party planning easy! The location was really cute and design perfect for a 16 year old birthday party. I would not hesitate to rent the location again for another event! Thanks for an amazing party!

This space was amazing. The customer service was out of this world. The staff on site made sure we were taken care of, comfortable, and enjoying. It was so spacious and clean. I DEFINITELY SUGGEST TO BUY THE DEN SPACE along with your loft rental. The rooms are very close together and it allows for more space to unload, feel comfortable, etc.

The space was so modern, beautiful and super clean. Tamara was so professional, kind, responsive and accommodating. I could not have asked for anything more from this space and host. I absolutely loved it and would definitely book again with no hesitation.

What a beautiful space! Had my 50th Bday party and I wanted a lounge atmosphere and that is what i received. My guest were impressed and gave many compliments. The host Tamara, was very responsive with every question that i had and she is the sweetest person.

This space was absolutely perfect for my event! Extremely clean and cool when arrived. Abby was there to greet me when I arrived and was very helpful. Outside of my class that I was teaching, the attendees loved the venue itself, the decor, the cleanliness of the restrooms, etc. Everything was perfect and I loveeeeeee this space! I will definitely be back!

I hosted a Birthday Party for 20 guests, and the space was great and clean. Amber was very responsive throughout the booking process, which made everything easy. I would book again!
