Riviera vibes in Silver Lake with endless photo locations. Palm trees, citrus trees, lush, tropical landscaping, and vintage garden furniture evoke vacation estates in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, or Palm Beach. The interiors are influenced by Old Hollywood, Bohemian artist residencies, and European chateaus, captured by Francois Harland or Slim Aarons. All the depicted furniture, sculptures, books, and art are our own (not props). The property was designed by Esma Annemon Dil / Studio Dil and has been featured in architectural magazines, as well as on the covers and in editorials of Vogue, AD, GQ, Vanity Fair, Flaunt, Elle, The Hollywood Reporter, InStyle, and Harper's Bazaar. The main and lower levels of the house are available for photography; the third floor is private and not pictured. All spaces, outdoor furniture, and interior decorations pictured on Peerspace are included for photography. The lower floor is easily identified in the pictures with its clean architecture, extra high ceilings, painted walls, black-framed sliding glass doors, grey/cream-colored vintage tiles, and 10-foot-high antique wood doors. It has four different spaces: A large room in varying shades of green featuring a green staircase, an oversized painted vintage double wood door, a green Dalí lip sofa, a glass and chrome coffee table, various stools and chairs, and one white wall suitable for lookbook photography. A hallway painted in Provence blue. A generously sized bathroom equipped with a green vanity, palm leaf shower curtain, and tub with a brass faucet, available for photography and use by crew and talent. The red room, ideal for wardrobe and makeup, includes a table, chair, Jiffy steamer, clothes rack, and a wall mirror. It's painted in a warm burgundy. The large mural, which conceals a Murphy bed, was the backdrop for a GQ magazine cover featuring Pedro Pascal. All these rooms open onto a large patio and spacious gazebo. This partially open garden house includes a 16-foot-high ceiling, a blue Moroccan double door, ceiling fans, and a conservatory-inspired outdoor bar. It includes a mini-fridge, sink, lounge furniture, and a table suitable for catering and lunch. The dark paint enhances the vividness of colors, making it ideal for photographing food, plants, and accessories. The shelves are stylishly arranged with various objects and plants, as shown in the picture. There are six rooms/spaces on the main floor: An entrance hall featuring a staircase and framed photo art. The library/living room is painted in dark shades of green and off-black. It has a vaulted wood ceiling, a fireplace, antique hand sconces, and a dramatic panorama window overlooking palm trees, the yard, the pool, and the hills of Silver Lake. The bright and mirrored dining room reflects the tropical views from outside as well as people and objects inside the space. It opens to a romantic balcony overlooking the yard and pool. Our kitchen offers the same great view through large windows that reach down to the honed marble countertops. A small guest bathroom with a shell pedestal sink is available for crew use. A bedroom equipped with an antique desk, typewriter, and telephone table. We include different bedspreads and curtains to style this room in various moods: European antique, mid-century, Wes Anderson, or like a motel. *** Our property is located on a narrow street with limited space for loading and parking. Please stagger your team's arrival, and inform us during the booking process if you're planning a shoot that requires video EQ, larger props, or van loading. Additionally, we assist larger-size productions by offering to load the night before. When booking for a production with 12+ people, please consider booking at least 8 hours. FREE TO USE To make your production load lighter, we include the use of our two clothing racks, a Jiffy steamer, a makeup chair, and a folding table. To minimize the use of plastic bottles, we have installed an extensive whole-house water filtration system, so drinking water is available from every faucet within the house. We love hosting guests and enjoy meeting the many wonderful, creative, and highly talented people that our home attracts. Thank you so much. ***
