THE TWO-HOUR MINIMUM IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Any request or inquiry for less than two hours will be declined, no exceptions. Rates are higher on weekends and for groups larger than 4! This 1300 sq foot photography studio is in the heart of the rapidly growing Allston section of Boston. It is on the 4th floor of a beautiful building, directly adjacent to a freight elevator with loading dock access. The studio is fully equipped for small-to-medium scale photoshoots, and is packed with almost every imaginable piece of professional equipment. The shooting floor is roughly 900 sq feet, with additional space set aside for equipment storage, client seating, makeup, changing areas, and more. Guests will have access to a number of amenities including: -keyless entry -Dozens of paper and canvas backdrops (including white, grey, and black seamless)* -Light stands, grip, modifiers, and more -Minifridge, microwave, and water cooler -Rolling 8x8 painted wall unit -2x RGBW LED panels -6 west-facing windows and 2 north-facing windows, each with a blackout blind and curtains -powerful air conditioner -Furniture and props -Makeup station with mirrors and counters -two full-size V-flats, two 1/2 size v-flats, rolling flats and panels Permitted usage: -Small to medium-size product, portrait, fashion, and headshot photo shoots -Documentary or interview video shoots -Small meetings or conferences -Yoga, posing, or meditation workshops -Lessons, classes, product demos -Makeup trials or other one-on-one meetings NO PARTIES NO EVENTS Inquiries for bookings with greater than six people may be asked to provide a professional portfolio/body of work/website or booking may not be permitted. Bookings greater than six people may be asked to provide a $500 refundable cleaning/damage deposit. The person being paid MUST book the space; i.e. models cannot book for their photographers. There are security cameras in the studio, we will be checking them periodically to ensure rules are being followed and occupancy is within proper limits. Any violation of these rules and/or limits will result in immediate expulsion from the studio with no refund. *Seamless paper availability/condition is not guaranteed. While there will always be rolls in various colors available, they may not be clean or have much paper left on them. If having a new, clean, full roll of seamless is necessary for your booking, you can purchase an unopened roll of white, black, or tan seamless as an add-on. ________________________________________________________________________________________ I do not charge a cleaning fee, as production usage generally does not require a heavy clean-up of the studio. You may leave trash in the trash can; otherwise, everything else must be reset to the state in which it was found. A map and reference images will be available in the studio. We expect guests to tidy the studio upon completion of their booking. Please return all furniture and equipment to its original location, and put any trash in the trash can. Please take out the trash (bags are in the cabinet above the can) and remove any additional trash which does not fit in the can. We do not charge a cleaning fee, and as such, expect the studio to be left in the shape in which it was found.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
