Fantastic house built in 1921 near Prospect Park. We've been hosting film and photo shoots for well over 10 years. Commercials, PSA's, movies and TV shows. Excellent flow-through. Diverse looks for location maximization. Great mid-century furnishings. Driveway, backyard with trees. Wi-Fi. Multiple kitchen options. The listed rate is a rough estimate, a starting point. Rates vary from production to production depending on size and other factors such as if it is a print shoot, a small PSA or a large commercial or feature film. Night shooting and/or lighting from outdoors and/or any other special or unusual requirements, stunts, loud noises or other factors that might affect property and/or our neighbors may require additional rate negotiation.
