House light are Fluorescent Light Panels that can be turned all on or off. Additional Lighting Equipment can be rented.

Space Has Padding, But Not Sound Proof. 32 DBs

Equipment can be loaded in from the front entrance, from the drive up ramp in the back of the studio, or dock door.

Power is 220 three phase. there are 8 open 110V sockets along the wall and a movable 6 outlet extension tower.

-No smoking inside the facility. -No unpermitted use of the conference room, community floor, Studio A, Studio F, Studio C, or Studio B without proper booking. -No guests are permitted in the facility and on the premises after 8:00 pm or before 10:30 am. -Members’ accounts will be charged upon breakage of equipment. -You must clean up after any sessions that you may book. Cleanup includes removal of any trash that you have created and placing back any equipment you have used to it’s correct spot. (A cleanup charge will be charged to your account if you do not successfully cleanup your booked area) -Whenever you are booking any studio stage, you are required to start breaking down your session/meeting and making sure that you vacate the studio stage by the end of your booked session. -If go over your session time, an extra hour will be applied to your session. -Setup and breakdown are included within the hours that the space is booked. -Individual booking the space needs to sign the studio's Accident Waiver and Liability Form -You must be courteous and consciences of your other members productions and or meetings; we take pride in being a fun and friendly creative community! -No littering inside or outside of the facility. -No hard alcohol on the premises. (beer and wine is okay) -No real weapons or drug paraphernalia of any kind allowed in the facility or on the facility grounds. -No unpermitted use of areas outside of the facility -Must adhere to the studio's COVID safety protocol which is subject to change by management. -For any hourly reservations and event reservations, there are NO refunds for ANY reason. If you are unable to make the scheduled event for ANY reason, then you will be issued an in-studio credit to use within 30 days of the original reservation date (Please Note: Rescheduled date has to be open and available on our production calendar for the original studio/room reservation) Social Media Policy: -Any photos taken at the studio that are shared on social media and are non-commercial (that means not produced for a client) must be properly tagged with the @ZaahiStudiosFacilities as the location; this applies to any form of social media. *If you are unclear of any of the rules at any time, please contact the Zaahi Studios team at [email protected].

Studio furniture can be used but must be put back. Nothing can be hung onto the cyc wall. Walls and Set Design services are available. Please contact the studio directly for those requests.
