About the Space
The space is great for birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate meetings, classes, workshops and so much more. The yard is perfect for summer outside activities. You will have access to both the space inside and the yard space during each event. The space is conveniently located 3 blocks from the LIRR. We also have street parking available in front as well as parking passes available for our guest to park in a neighboring lot. The Spaces seats 40 people comfortably and can have 75 people standing. Additional features available: Chafers: $20 per Chafer Chair Covers and Ribbon decoration: $80
