Event Venue with amazing yard space
About the Space
The space is great for birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate meetings, classes, workshops and so much more. The yard is perfect for summer outside activities. You will have access to both the space inside and the yard space during each event. The space is conveniently located 3 blocks from the LIRR. We also have street parking available in front as well as parking passes available for our guest to park in a neighboring lot. The Spaces seats 40 people comfortably and can have 75 people standing. We do a deep-cleaning in between every event. We disinfect and allow the space to be aired out after each event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
