About the Space
Our 2,000sq ft open floor warehouse comes with a unique LED color changing strip wall consisting of 360 ft of lights and multiple ready-to-film sets. This unique location is ideal for music videos, dance rehearsals, sports photography, commercial production that demands a stunning backdrop with no set-up time. Just download the app and take full control of the pre-installed lighting. We're located near the 101 & 880 junction in North San Jose in an industrial park. Parking is ample after 5pm and all day weekends. The space includes WIFI, Smoke Machine, Dressing Room/Make Up Room, Restroom, Roll Up Garage Door, Steamer and Large Portable Fan.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
