About the Space
Cozy, intimate and romantic restaurant space with open kitchen in Silver Lake seats approximately 70-80 people total. Building used to be an old home and you will feel the warmth upon entering. Restaurant including a lovely patio that seats approximately 30-40 people. Perfect space for holiday or dinner parties, babyshowers, mixers etc.

General Rules
Please treat our space as if it's your own:
- Guest booking time starts when first person arrives and end when last person leaves.
- Tables and chairs live in the restaurant and must be incorporated into the space.
- Outside catering must be approved in advance.
- We have neighbors nearby so no loud noise outside after 10pm.
- Any decorations must be removed promptly after event. No holes in walls or nailing allowed. Any damage to property will incur an additional fee.
- No lit candles or flames.
- No smoking allowed.
- Trash must be arranged in advance.
- Confetti or glitter will incur additional fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
CCTV is installed for publicaly accessible areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Professional cleaning will occur in between bookings in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
