Our recently renovated large studio space is perfect for your next holiday party, birthday celebration, baby shower or anniversary event! We are thrilled to now offer a full service wedding package that includes a fully staffed event. Our three spaces combined can easily accommodate your full day of events. A bridal suite, cocktail room with high top tables, and event space. While you and your guests enjoy cocktails and hors d-oeuvres, our staff will convert our event space from your ceremony to your dinner. Please inquire for details. This studio space includes an additional seating area with couches and side tables, high top tables, a wired sound system, and (adjustable) party lighting. We have large mirrors along the wall, hard wood floors, and exposed brick, which creates an event environment that can easily classed up for more formal affairs. Curtains strings of lights with can be closed over the mirrors to create a twinkling wall. Can seat 60 - 70 people comfortably as an event space; your rental includes seven banquet tables and 60 chairs. You are welcome to bring in extra tables and seating if you'd like. Only furniture with felted or plastic feet - no metal feet allowed. We have limited capacity currently, because of Covid regulations. Contact us to ask about current City of Chicago rules. Our full inventory can be found at swaydancechicago.com/inventory Our facility has central air and heat, large changing area, full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sink, table) free wifi, easy street parking and some free parking spaces. The studio is also ADA compliant and has a ramp as well as accessible stalls in each of our two bathrooms. Sway Dance Studio is a street level business making load-in and load-out a breeze. A ramp to our front door for your guests. One low step to the back door for your catering services leads you right in to the kitchen.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
