All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
3rd Floor Loft Located in a historical building in the Fashion District of Downtown LA. Unique space divided into a main area with a wooden serving bar, and a VIP area with beautiful building views of Downtown LA. Features high ceilings, concrete floors, white walls, and historically preserved windows - charismatic of LA. Space is around 1000 square feet. Restrooms available on same floor. Freight elevator + passanger elevator. Max capacity is 20 people - negotiable. Parking: street metered parking available (free after 6PM), outdoor parking lot available right behind the building with alley access, indoor parking available at the end of the block inside the Cooper Bulding. Special arrangements can be provided- please ask. Operating hours: Sunday - Friday 9:30AM - 5PM. Anything outside operating hours requires a $20/hour management fee. Base price is for still shoots/ small productions under 8 people. Video productions and anything over 8 people will cost additionally according to number of attendees, equipment, and type of production. Parking provided for an extra charge. Amenities listed must be requested for.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
