About the Space
We are conveniently located one block from Union Square. We offer a large studio ideal for meditation, movement classes, content creation , podcasts ,workshops and meetings, headshots, interviews, screenings, pop-up events, art shows, fashion fittings, intimate dinners and more. We also have three small rooms for private practice (additional fees). Other amenities include wifi connection and sound system , podcast recording studio. We have folding chairs, meditation chairs, and folding tables. Additional Fees: Private Rooms - $40/hr *Extra furniture available upon request *All furniture can be removed

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Loved the space. The host was excellent at responding to several questions I had. Space was just like it looked in the pics. Great room for yoga, meditation, or dance. Highly recommended.

I hosted a yoga class for about 20 people and this space was everything I’d dreamed it would be. The lighting was very calming, the speaker was perfect, the space was inviting and everyone was very helpful and responsive. I will definitely book this space again!

Tiffany and Tim were exceptional during the whole process-- from viewing the space up to the event. I was lucky to find this space when my original booking at another space didn't work out. The space has a beautiful, calming vibe and everything you need to host a movement or meditation class. The feedback I received from the students in my Pilates class was the same. They felt the space was warm and inviting. Easily accessible by train as well as it is close to Union Square.

Tiffany was great to work with! The space was pretty accurate but had slightly more stuff in it than advertised (I assume if I had asked I could have had it removed). The one area for improvement would be that it wasn’t clear the last time the space had been swept/cleaned, so the floor was a little dirty, but not too bad. The access to the building was super easy and the event was a success!

My husband and I threw a Friendsgiving Dinner Party and couldn’t have been happier with this space and hosts. They were communicative, had timely responsiveness, and were very accommodating. We had such a great time and plan to use this venue for any upcoming gatherings that we have. Thanks for everything!
