All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
LA based recording studio that offers a comfortable/intimate space for recording engineers, artist, writers, and producers. Awesome control room and isolated recording booth. Record your next single, or your next project using industry standard equipment and some of the most popular plugins. Producers make your beats using the programs, midi keyboards and drum machines available. Engineers mix and master in an acoustically treated room with multiple monitors for referencing. Fits 3-4 comfortably. Includes Ac, small fridge, and microwave.
