Located in the heart of downtown Alameda, CA., amongst artist studios. This quaint conference room, at 475 square feet, is the perfect studio rental for offsite meetings, workshops, & presentations. Please note room is not soundproof, but a private space within our venue. *Last 3 photos are art gallery, patio, & lounge area photos that are available for add-ons Includes: 2 tables, 30 chairs, 55 inch audio/visual cart (HDMI connectivity please bring the appropriate adaptor for your device). Business grade WIFI available. Easy ground level building with metered street parking & parking garage nearby. Conveniently located near many local eateries. Catering coordination available. Seats 30 people. 2 hr minimum booking.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
