PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING. A beautifully lit 1000 square foot loft, located in Prime Williamsburg. Very large open space with concrete floors, 12' high ceilings, and mid-century modern furnishings. The space is perfect for natural light photography or videography. **This is a 4th floor walkup without elevator access. Please be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs and only bring what you can carry up.** Small furniture can be moved (chairs, plants, coffee table etc.). Larger furniture cannot be moved (bed, couch, dresser, credenza, floor mirror, etc.) Light: The window wall of the space is South facing. It gets incredible light throughout the entire day. Direct light hits the couch wall in the early morning until the mid afternoon, and then transitions to the bed side wall in the later afternoon til sunset. Bathroom: There's nothing spectacular about the bathroom, but there is a toilet, sink, and shower if needed. NO ANIMALS/PETS ALLOWED. ANY OVERTIME IS 1.5X THE NORMAL HOURLY RATE. SMOKING INSIDE WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINE.
