Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We are following Peerspace's strict Covid guidelines to make sure that guests are as safe as possible.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space
Welcome to The Hogan Residence, designed by Douglas Rucker in 1964, as a post-and-beam gem located in the heart of Laurel Canyon. The property was designated with the City of Los Angeles as Historical Cultural Monument 1152 in 2018. The Hogan Residence was originally designed for Jack Hogan back in 1964. Jack Hogan was an American actor, most notable for the role of PFC William G. Kirby on the 1960s television show Combat!

There is street parking in the neighborhood but down the street.
The best scenario is to Uber/Car Pool up to the home. Then park down the hill.
You cannot illegally park or park in front of anyone's residence.

General Rules
No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. The house is being listed for commercial shoots. Commercials, print campaigns and films.
Due to the historical nature of the home, any productions must cover the floor(s) with a "ram-board" type material when bringing in equipment. No dollies, or trucks can be rolled across the floors.
The car port is limited to 4 small-medium sized cars. No double parking is allowed due to the hillside nature of the property. Any other vehicles would need to be parked (legally) in the neighborhood. We can furnish a small map to show where people can park.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Things in the living area can be carefully moved to the carport.
But each item will need to be covered and/or protected.
No smoke machines allowed

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
