We are a commercial photography studio and we have a beautiful 1,700sq/ft daylight space available for rent. A bright, 1,700 sq ft production studio with 12-foot ceilings, abundant natural light, and a freight elevator. Built for photo, video, and fashion work, with talent prep, client space, and a useful starter kit of grip and modifiers already on site. The open floor gives you room to build sets, move lights, and keep talent, crew, and clients from stacking on top of each other. Blackout blinds let you control daylight for video. Room dividers help you split the space when you need a clean shooting area plus a prep or holding zone. Talent support includes a makeup station, changing area, steamer, and rolling racks with hangers. A digital station is available (bring your own computer). Foldable tables and chairs, a room fan, and Wi-Fi are included. Basic grip is on hand: Auto Poles, A-clamps, Super Clamps, V-flats, stands, stingers, background support, and a boom stand. Basic light modifiers include softboxes, an octa, a 7' PLM, umbrellas, and honeycombs. Bring your own lights and camera. Clients have a dedicated area plus a dining space with a fridge, microwave, and filtered water. Two bathrooms are on site.
