Our fully insulated sound stage, labeled "STUDIO A" in the floor plan photo, boasts a spacious 9,000 sq ft of production space, complete with a variety of industry-specific amenities to ensure your project is a success. Our sound stage features two corner white cycs, measuring 40' L x 25' W x 13' H, providing ample space for your production needs. Additionally, we have a grid for lighting, ensuring optimal lighting for your shoot. Our soundstage is soundproofed with K13 insulation, ensuring that any noise from the outside is kept to a minimum. We have a silent HVAC system to keep the temperature and ventilation optimal for your production. We also offer 400 Amp 3-Phase Electrical Power, providing ample power for all your equipment. We understand the importance of comfort for cast and crew; that's why we have a greenroom included, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen space for food and beverages. We also have a conference room available for meetings or pre-production planning. Our facility also includes an insulated bay door for loading and vehicle access, ample parking in front and back, and a car detailing/special FX area with a drain and utility sink. We also offer high-speed internet access with Comcast Gig Speed Internet and camera and equipment packages available for rent.
