Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The facility/suite was clean, bright and welcoming. Facility alone would have warranted a 5-star. Unfortunately, confirmation/invitation all had Suite 200, so we had several shareholders standing outside of a dark locked room that appeared through window to have no furniture. The host and main phone numbers went to voice mail. We had reserved room 15 minutes in advance of meeting time to accommodate early arriving guests. After walking around facility looking for a management office, we discovered we should have actually been directed to Suite 300, not 200. Suite 300, which is where our room was located, had a receptionist that was friendly and welcoming. To add insult to injury, we were charged .5 OT as meeting started late as we didn't find room until 15 minutes after reservation, then needed time to set up prior to calling meeting to order. If we had only been directed to correct location, all would have been good.
