Great space with amazing views of the city! Because of a mix up in booking, they were very kind to give us use of the entire floor to ourselves, which included a kitchen, a lounge area, two restrooms, and an outdoor patio. My executives loved it! Access was easy and the concierge and staff were very helpful and responsive. Very easy AV set up and basically a plug and play space. A few things to consider... the actual space available is not the entire lounge. It is only the conference room in a shared lounge space, so if your meeting is confidential, that may pose an issue. Also, the residents did not seem happy about having to vacate when our rental started. I had to ask a few people in the conference room to leave multiple times and because of this, our meeting start was delayed. I would suggest more advance communication with residents so that they aren't surprised. But this was not a big deal at all. It's a wonderful space and I would definitely book again.
