About the Space
Great natural light in this open spacious studio. It is 23 ft wide by 15 ft deep with 40-50 seats, max capacity 75. Great for readings, photography, casting rehearsals, filming, party, class, workshop, seminar, or really any type of event! Right across the street from restaurants and bars, one block from Starbucks. Kitchenette with Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker on site. Three restrooms.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Do not be fooled by the photos! This place was excellent for our house-style concert. It is a blank slate so you can transform this space for nearly anything. Let me add the fact that Jenine is amazing. Not only is she readily available for all questions, she also has valuable tips. That includes the day of your event. Did I mention three bathrooms? Essential, goodbye lines. The location is outstanding too. Melrose is a bustling street. In addition to having tons of spots to hangout, you can attract new patrons to your event. Can't wait to book this space again!

This place was perfect for our table read. We had 3 tables set up for the actors and about 20 people in the seats. We also had a table set up with food and drinks. Communication with Jenine was excellent. She even organized a walk through with one of the building managers beforehand. I highly recommend this space. The Script got a lot of laughs in case you were wondering.
