General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
COVID-19 Safety Measures
In response to COVID-19 and in line with local regulations, we have implemented the following policies to keep everyone safe and healthy.
Effective 5/4/2020 all clients, guests and employees must wear face coverings in common areas. Mandatory face protection is required to enter. Common areas include lobby, hallways, kitchen/breakroom(s) and restrooms.
Meetings with more than 15 people are not allowed.
A 6-foot distance or more must be maintained between occupants utilizing any meeting room as well as when checking in with the Avanti reception in the lobby.
Please limit attendees to only people who are participating in the meeting.
Dry erasers and dry erase markers can be checked out from the Avanti reception. If you did not add those when your reservation was made and need these items for your event, please email us at [email protected].
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
